Yamaha EMX512SC 8 Input Powered Mixer with Dual 500 Watt Amplifier

The EMX512SC is a powered mixer with 12 inputs, built-in digital reverb and dual 500-watt digital power amplifiers. It is housed in a sturdy, plastic cabinet that tilts back for easy access. The mixer section is a 12-input stereo mixer that has an effects send, a monitor send, and 3-band EQ. FCL (Feedback channel location) helps pinpoint the offending channel when feedback occurs. The first four channels of the EMX512SC have single knob compression to allow better control of vocals, punching up a bass guitar, or bringing out a quiet bass guitar or kick drum. The effect send is routed to the built-in DSP that provides high quality reverb effects based on the popular SPX processor series. The amplifier section uses Yamaha’s proprietary EEEngine technology for efficiency and cool operation. A switchable YSP circuit tailors the amplifier’s response for the Yamaha Club Series loudspeakers. Numerous line level output jacks on the front panel allow the EMX512SC the flexibility to grow as needed.

Yamaha MSP3 Powered Monitor Loudspeaker System

The MSP3 Powered Monitor Speaker is a 2-way powered monitor speaker system that delivers quality audio and excellent cost performance. Designed for use in personal music production systems, each unit features a built-in 20-watt amplifier that drives both the 10cm (4") cone and 2.2cm (7/8") tweeter. To facilitate connection with a variety of audio sources, each monitor is equipped with a balanced XLR input, for direct compatibility with professional equipment, a balanced phone jack input and an unbalanced RCA jack input. The MSP3 also features separate volume controls for the LINE 1 (RCA jack) input and LINE 2 (XLR/phone) input plus HIGH and LOW tone controls for sound tailoring. The enclosure is a bass-reflex type that also incorporates Yamaha's Waveguide Technology for uniform dispersion of the tweeter's high frequencies. Magnetic shielding and compact size allows the monitors to be placed near any type of audio, video or computer equipment. The monitor can also be attached to a mic stand with the optional BMS10A Mic Stand Adapter.
